In 2016, the idea of getting every Indian to the same starting line took shape within us, with one clear belief: real impact must be created at scale. Building for India runs deep in us. This is India’s decade, and every idea we pursued, wherever we were, was always for India, for the community, for the desh ki mitti.

Seeing how systems treat citizens differently during times of crisis only strengthened our resolve to give back to a country that has given us so much. That led us to ask a simple yet powerful question: India revolutionized payments with UPI, making instant, frictionless transactions possible for everyone in minutes. Why can't we do the same for jobs creating a unified interface for real-time job matching across the nation?

India has nearly 60 crore workers across 4.5 crore MSMEs, millions of NGOs, and a growing formal economy yet less than 20% are connected to job platforms. The real gap lies in districts and villages, where talent is disconnected not by lack of skill, but by lack of access. We did not set out to build another job portal. We set out to build national employment infrastructure open, inclusive, and built for public good.
