JobsUPI, operated by UNLOCKING JOBUPIX LABS PRIVATE LIMITED, is India's first multilingual job platform on an open network. We connect job seekers with employers across India, supporting multiple languages and ensuring equal opportunities for all users.
These terms apply to all users of our platform, including job seekers, employers, and other service providers. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using JobsUPI, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.
If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
User Responsibilities
For Job Seekers
• Provide accurate and truthful information in your profile
• Maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive employer information
• Use the platform for legitimate job search purposes only
• Respect other users and maintain professional conduct
For Employers
• Post only legitimate job opportunities
• Provide accurate job descriptions and requirements
• Comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations
• Treat all candidates fairly and without discrimination
Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Using the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Spamming or sending unsolicited communications
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions

Job Matching Services
We provide job matching services to connect qualified candidates with suitable employment opportunities. Our platform uses advanced algorithms and human expertise to facilitate these connections.
Multilingual Support
Our platform supports multiple Indian languages to ensure equal access to employment opportunities across India's diverse linguistic landscape.
Verification Services
We provide verification services for both job seekers and employers to ensure authenticity and build trust within our platform ecosystem.
Product Pricing, Refunds, Cancellation, and Shipping & Delivery
Product Pricing
Pricing for JobsUPI products and services is provided by our sales team. For the exact and most up-to-date pricing, please contact our sales team directly.

Refunds
Refund claims must be raised within 3 hours of making a payment. If a valid refund claim is made within this 3 hour window, the refund will be processed in accordance with our internal policies.
After this 3 hour window has passed, all payments are non-refundable.
Cancellation
You may cancel your usage of JobsUPI services at any time via our website, subject to any specific product or plan terms that may apply.
Cancellation stops future renewals only. Previous credit or subscription payments are non-refundable, similar to common subscription models (for example, streaming services).
Shipping and Delivery
JobsUPI is a technology company and all services are provided digitally. There is no physical shipping or delivery associated with the use of our website or services.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or through your account settings.
Upon termination, your right to use the platform will cease immediately, and we may delete your account and associated data.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, India.
