JobsUPI just won 1st Prize at the Hackathon organized by Deshpande Startups , Headstart Network Foundation, and EkStep Foundation! Out of 100+ teams that applied and 20 shortlisted, we came out on top- and with it, a ₹1,00,000 grant to kick things off. 🙌
Why are we building JobsUPI?
Because in India today, discoverability is broken. No matter how talented, hardworking, or willing someone is- too many people struggle to find the right opportunity.
We want to change that.
Our mission is simple: any Indian- skilled or unskilled, rural or urban, formal or informal-should be able to find a job in 30 minutes.
That’s the vision we’re chasing. A ubiquitous solution that works for every Indian.
And we’re starting where it matters most — with MSMEs and the blue collar workforce.
This hackathon win is just the first step. Our beta launch is right around the corner, and we can’t wait to partner with MSMEs to make this vision a reality.
10 million jobs by 2030. That’s the mission. And we’re just getting started 🚀
