We’ve been keeping this under wraps for a while, but here’s some big news.
JobsUPI just won 1st Prize at the Hackathon organized by Deshpande Startups, Headstart Network Foundation, and EkStep Foundation! Out of 100+ teams that applied and 20 shortlisted, we came out on top - and with it, a ₹1,00,000 grant to kick things off.
Why are we building JobsUPI?
Because in India today, discoverability is broken. No matter how talented, hardworking, or willing someone is- too many people struggle to find the right opportunity.
We want to change that.
Our mission is simple: any Indian- skilled or unskilled, rural or urban, formal or informal-should be able to find a verified job in 30 minutes.
That’s the vision we’re chasing. A ubiquitous solution that works for every Indian.

And we’re starting where it matters most — with MSMEs and the blue-collar and grey-collar workforce.
This hackathon win is just the first step. Our beta launch is right around the corner, and we can’t wait to partner with MSMEs to make this vision a reality through our employer screening tools, Shanta tAi voice assistant, and verified candidate directory.
